MAXIMIZE®
Multiply cooperation. Minimize competition. Maximize results.
Compete or collaborate? That is the question Maximize poses for participants. An organization’s science and technology (S&T) capital is dependent upon scientists’ ability to collaborate with each other, with business partners, with customers, and with the broader scientific community.
Collaboration Can Be Learned
Rather than simply hope that collaborations will go well, scientists can learn that there is a design to effective collaboration. They can learn the concepts to boost their collaboration intelligence and practice the skills of collaboration.
MAXIMIZE® is a four-hour learning activity for groups of 20-400 people. Participants are divided to work in sub-groups with tasks to accomplish a mission. Insights are uncovered from the experience and used to prompt new, more effective ways of cooperating and working together as a unit.
